Since 2006 IBPS has successfully introduced online receipt of applications with intimations through email or SMS. Additionally Bilingual Applications, Photo/ Signature/ Biodata upload are possible as per client requirements. Today almost 90 percent of the applications are received in this mode and this method is successful even with rural applicants. An advantage of technology is that a huge number of candidates can appear for the testing process irrespective of distance. IBPS also makes wide application of technology in HR interventions.
